What is Seal-a-Wheel?
Seal-a-Wheel is a Tyre Puncture Preventative Control System.
It is quickly and easily installed through the valve stem, aiming to permanently seal punctures
(up to 6mm on road & 12mm off road), tyre porosities and occasional bead leaks as they occur.
Seal-a-Wheel is available in three grades -

For use in motorcars and other vehicles capable of high speed - a new formula that sticks to a tyre's inside - eliminating imbalance at speed

Seal-a-Wheel is suitable for use in most pneumatic tyres & vehicles. Its "gel like state" spreads evenly around the inner surface of the tyre casing, allowing it to provide on-going puncture protection for the legal life of the tyre.
How Seal-a-Wheel Works

As a tyre rotates, centrifugal force is exerted on the inside of the tyre.
This forces the enclosed tyre sealant to line the whole of the inner wall on the treaded area of the tyre. |

If a puncture occurs, the escaping air pressure naturally sucks the sealant into the hole. |

Interlocking fibres and grouting agents then form a permanent flexible gator, which dries and forms a permanent seal [for the legal life of the tyre], once exposed to the air. |

Characteristics
Seal-a-Wheel is an acrylic tyre sealant which provides permanent protection of the tread area of a tyre against air loss for the legal life of the tyre. It should NOT be used to seal sidewall punctures on road vehicles. Seal-a-Wheel combines a glycol-based solution with natural particles, artificial fibres, adhesion and drying agents such as anti-corrosion inhibitors and other hi-tech ingredients. This ensures that the product remains fluid, but permanently adhered to the inside of the tyre ready to seal all punctures as they occur. Seal-a-Wheel maintains the sealing particles & solids in constant suspension therefore preventing any reduction in performance due to settlement. No mixing or special preparation is required and the product is easily and quickly applied. The product is also thixtropic, thinning rapidly when the vehicle and tyre motion increases, thus maintaining an even layer on all inner road contact surfaces.
Seal-a-Wheel is safe to use, non-toxic, non-flammable, environment friendly and classified as a bio-degradable acrylic based product; eliminating most risks for users.
