Guideline for multiple unit installations on large diameter
pipe applications:
Up to 1" i.d. pipe = 1 Unit
1" to 1½" i.d. pipe = 2 Units
1½" to 2" i.d. pipe = 3 Units
2" to 3" i.d. pipe = 4 Units
3" to 4" i.d. pipe = 6 Units
i.d. = Inside Pipe Diameter
Apply
3 inches of duct tape to a clean section of pipe, without
tearing away from the roll of tape. Position one unit at
a time and pull the tape over and around.
