Super FuelMAX Fitting Instructions

Important! To check your mileage improvement:
First, check your mileage before installing the Super FuelMAX.
(Mileage is the sum of the total miles divided by the amount of fuel used.)

Second, install the Super FuelMAX and accumulate 1,500 miles of normal driving.
Now check your mileage.

Important! To analyse your emission results:
First, test the vehicle "baseline" (without the Super FuelMAX.)
Second, install the Super FuelMAX and accumulate 1,500 miles of normal driving.
Now run the emissions test once again.

Your engine builds up carbon/varnish deposits because of incomplete combustion (improper burn).
Molecules that are non-homogeneous are found in both petrol and diesel fuel, as these molecules begin to cluster and grow some molecules become trapped during combustion, air is unable to reach the trapped molecules and they do not burn completely. Instead they are expelled into the atmosphere or retained as carbon/varnish deposits inside your engine. The Super FuelMAX literally breaks the clusters of molecules and air apart, which otherwise could not penetrate a cluster, is now able to reach the individual molecule and complete combustion takes place.

Why 1,500 miles?
This allows the Super FuelMAX to do its job of removing the carbon/varnish deposits. Remember it took thousands of miles to build up these deposits in your engine.
(It is possible that your emissions might temporarily increase and your mileage shows a slight decrease at the beginning of the cleaning/removal period.)Super FuelMAX

Installation:
Locate the fuel-line under pressure from the fuel pump.
Note: Newer vehicles may have two. One being a return line to the fuel tank. Place the Super FuelMAX inductors over the existing fuel supply line, (metal, rubber, or plastic, but not braided steel) which is under pressure from the fuel pump. Place the Super FuelMAX as close to the injection system as possible. Align the two halves and press together.


Electronic fuel injection: "EFI"
Before installing the Super FuelMAX disconnect the wire from the negative (-) side of the battery terminal for at least 5 minutes. This allows the computer to readjust itself. If you do not do this, the computer will interpret the Super FuelMAX as requesting a richer mixture.

Diesel installation:
After installation your smoke may become darker. This is good! The Super FuelMAX is working, removing the deposits in your engine. The smoke should clear up within 1,500 miles. Increased performance and lower operation temperature may be noted.

New Recommendations

Continuous testing has resulted in new recommendations for the installation of Super FuelMAX for various applications. The original design goals have been achieved. Super FuelMAX is a dramatically effective fuel conditioning system utilising multiple unit installation.

We have confirmed that multiple unit installations can significantly increase the patented process of fracturing the hydrocarbon chains in the passing fuel. Also fuel pressure and volume can have a great deal to do with "complete" fuel conditioning.
Multiple unit installation, rotated 90 degrees from each other, can reduce partial chain fractures significantly. Complete fracturing of the hydrocarbon chains increases fuel mileage and increases the length of time that the fuel remains conditioned.

Multiple unit applications should increase Distributor and Dealer sales. At the same time, the customer benefits from the great results multiple unit applications provides.

The following are the latest factory recommended applications:

Petrol engines

To 1.6 litres

Over 1.6 litres
= 1 unit

= 2 units
Diesel engines
To 2 litres

3 to 8 litres
= 2 units

= 5 units
Heavy diesel engines
To 500 HP

Over 500HP
= 6 units

= 7 unit

Heavy diesel engine system:

Previous installation recommendations for (mechanical) heavy diesel engine system have been updated as a result of continuing research on fuel volume and flow. New recommendations are as follows:

Use the procedure for (electronic) heavy diesel engine system

1. Use Super FuelMAX only.
2. Install recommended number of units together rotated 90 degrees from each other.
3. Install units after the last fuel filter between the fuel tank and the engine block.
4. Do not install units on individual injector lines.

Large Fuel Supply Line Applications:

Super FuelMAX fuel conditioning system provides conditioning of fuels in large supply line or pipe supply lines.

Utilising multiple unit dynamic installation, as shown on the above, can provide excellent fuel conditioning in large high volume applications. Installing the matching half of multiple units in a "row" or "rows" around the pipe improves complete fracturing of the hydrocarbon chains. This reduces fuel consumption and increases the length of time that the fuel remains conditioned.

On Two/Three Wheeler Vehicles (2/4 Stroke Engines)

1) Super FuelMAX to be installed before the carburettor for petrol vehicles.

2) Super FuelMAX to be installed before the F.I.P. for diesel auto-rickshaw.

Proposed Modification

Small metal pipe of the same size cut from existing metal pipe size may be installed between the rubber hose between petrol feed line from fuel pump and carburettor for best results.
